Rolling and ready to run!

So our big accomplishment this week, besides me showering almost daily, was that Elisa rolled over!  I was hanging out with her one morning on the Baby Einstein Under the Sea exercise mat (thanks Rebecca, Kevin, and Landon!), one of our usual haunts.  Elisa had started doing this pendulum swing with her legs from side to side a few days' prior.  This time, she used this great new move to get herself on her side, then proceeded to get both arms beneath her as she got into a fully prone, belly down position!  Who needs a shower when you can witness this kind of fun!  I think the warm weather put a little spring in her step!

Here are some photos from the past week...

Try as we might to avoid too much exposure to it, Elisa is enthralled by the tv, although we like to think it's due to the content (in this case, and in most cases, tennis!)

Enjoying a delicious hand while debuting a sweet new outfit from dear friends Kathy and Annie
Elisa has discovered our noses, and that she likes to attack and chew them!  Here she is plotting her move...
 And go!
Enjoying the summer-like weather in March in this fun romper from Auntie Ruth!
We didn't even mean to plan the matching giraffe diaper for our first introduction to Sophie!
 Subbing for Mommy's nose...
 Clearly she likes it
Not quite willing to share her new toy...
... or maybe it would be okay!

And I just had to post a few more pictures I just received from Abuelita Norma.  Looks like our little apple did not fall very far from the tree...
